March 21, 2006

General Membership Meeting
Juanita Staples called the meeting to order.

Gambling Report - 
Presented by Juanita.  Report on the gross and net expenditures, allowable expenses and lawful purpose expenditures were given. Checkbook balance report was provided for February.  February 28, 2006 checkbook balance is $32,424.46. 

Jim Rentz moved to authorize gambling manager to purchase a copy machine for gambling management with the price not to exceed $400.   Ann Vipond seconded.  Motion carried.

Jodi Crandall moved to transfer $5130 from gambling to MHA.  Jim Rentz seconded.  Motion carried.

Jodi Crandall moved to approve the gambling report.  Jim Rentz seconded.  Motion carried.

Ron Staples moved to adjourn the general membership meeting.  Ryan Watzke seconded. Motion carried.

Board Meeting

Juanita opened the board meeting.

Secretary's Report - Presented February minutes. Jim Rentz moved to accept the minutes with the following corrections:  correct date on gambling report to note that the checkbook balance was for January and to correct the spelling of Rick Lowe's name.  Ryan Watzke seconded.  Motion carried.

Treasurer's Report - Jodi Crandall moved to pay Initiation coaches $450 as previously agreed.  Ann Vipond second.  Motion carried.  Steve Delehanty moved to accept the treasurer's report.  Ann Vipond seconded. Motion carried. 

Lee Community Center Report - Balance is $766.46.  Jodi Crandall moved to accept the report.   Ryan Watzke seconded.  Motion carried.  

Maintenance Report - Compressors were turned off today.

Fundraising report - Willie's raffle brought in $5130.

Membership: Nothing to report.

Coaches and referees report - Nothing to report.

Tournament Reports - We did very well with regional tournament.  Led to over $4,000 income.

Concessions - Jerry's U-Save may donate a used hotdog cooker.

Manager, Lee Community Center Report - Report provided by Ron Staples.  Coming events: Post prom party on April 29.  Wedding May 7.  Safety camp May 9.  Auction June 17.  

Steve Delehanty moved to transfer $2500 from MHA to LCC to pay bills.  Ann Vipond seconded.  Motion carried.

Joint Work Group - Nothing to report.

Steve Delehanty moved to adjourn.  Jodi Crandall seconded. Motion carried.
